what r aminos?

i see that alot of you r taking aminos, what are they, and can u get it from the store? today is day 4 and i feel better but i still have no energy and cant seem to eat.

They can be extremely helpful... I will put together a post tonight to refresh everyones memories... There are many posts about this in the archives of the addiction forum.. if you go over there and use the search feature the posts should come up.. Essentialy the pills do damage to our brains.. Aminos acids heal and re build the brain in a way that can happen faster than if we let time to it on its own.. they are natural proteins.. any GNC has them.. THere are specific ones used for addiction..

Kris - jump onto the other board and punch in "amino acids" into the search engine.  Fladdict over there has posted about it many, many times.

If for some reason it doesn't come up, just scroll back through a few pages of posts and you should for sure find what you are looking for.

And if all else fails, post to her.  But try to other stuff first - it should really help...
