Hi Hun!

As I am sure you know, taking that high of a dose cannot be good for the baby. There is always the possibility that the baby can be born addicted. If that is the case, the baby can be taken from you and it will be difficult to get the baby back.

If you are going to get off the pills, please listen to what was said earlier...you need to taper. Stopping suddenly while pregnant could do more damage.

If you decide that you cannot stop, then you need to be honest with the doctors. Let them know what you are using and how much. This way they will be prepared and the baby will have a better chance. They are going to find out anyway. Please try and protect the baby any way you can.

If you want help with a taper schedule, please ask. There are a lot of ppl here who can help you with that.

Good luck. I hope you do the right thing for you and the baby.

hey there ... oxy's should only be taken as needed during pregnancy.  Does your dr. prescribe them for you?  How many and how long have you been taking them for?  If you are abusing them,  please taper off slowly cuz it could affect the baby also .. pls keep us posted .. thanks!!!
