An old friend of mine was found dead on Monday. She had hung herself in her home. While she has suffered with addiction and depression for years, there IS help out there for people, and this just makes me sooo very sad that she did not find the help she needed. Please people!!! Anyone who feels depressed, seek help. There is so much help out there for everyone. Sometimes it is hard to find, but it is out there. She will be missed and I just can not imagine what her family is going through. Hard times pass and there is always a brighter day around the bend. Vickie

Thanks guys. It really makes me think about just where I could have ended up if I had not gotten the help I needed. I really believe life is good and you have to make it what you want it to be.
