So, let's do a run down of my symptoms: Hot and cold flashes (with a fever), bones ache, headache, throwing up, can't get comfortable, sneezing....hmmmm-just like WD's but without the guilt!
I'm bummed out. I had a baby shower to go to today but I don't want to be the guy that gives the pregnant lady the plague, so I'm not going.
Oh, what did I do to deserve the flu? I feel like I've been hit by a truck. I hate throwing up!

God!!!    What an ordeal!!!  Did you get phenergan or something to help you stop puking?   You must be exhausted...poor baby.  Stay warm and cozy today...

By the way...I hang the TP OVER and THEN I fold the top piece into a perfect, little triangle. It makes me happy.  OCD????  LOL    ...drives my family nuts but they still love me.   :)

Well, shortly after my last post (around 6:30 pm) we ended up calling 911-I had gone from bad to worse-passed out cold, barely a pulse, rapid, shallow breathing and a hard time doing it to boot, very sick overall. They got me to the ER and gave me a total of 3 IV bags and some other meds-I didn't even ask cuz I felt like sh*t....turns out I was severely dehydrated. It's now 1:30 a.m and I'm just getting home. Man, I guess my motto is: Go Big or Go Home......I don't bother getting a mild cold but rather bypass all that and go for deathly ill.
Thanks everyone for checking on me. I look like a pin cushion...it took 3 different nurses 7 tries to get the IV in cuz I was running low on fluids and my blood pressure was so low my arms and legs were ice cold to the touch and both those things make it hard to get a line started. I felt bad for the nurses....nobody likes getting skunked on starting an IV. I have 5 different bandages on varying place where they poked me with the stupid needle.
Oh, and I still have those stupid 12 lead stickies on me from when they did the EKG. I look like a science experiment gone wrong.
I'll write you all tomorrow. I'm just happy to be alive.
(ps...got out of the ER without any doctors offering me opiates...Yeah for me!)

OMG, I was trying to figure out this post.  It is really just a little chat thingy..  I blows being sick, I know.  I feel for ya.  I hope you get better really soon.

TP - funny as it sounds I switch it each time I put it on the roller, over then under.  I like it to be equally rolling around I guess.  Maybe some OCD.  haha.

I just feel lucky if someone actually gets the toilet paper on the little rack is that what it's called? Maybe despenser? My TP is usually rolling around somewhere on the floor. Seems like it would be a simple thing and yet....Feel better

I've crawled out of the bathroom and am now laying on the living room floor (still feeling sorry for myself). I'm so nauseated and my inner ears are plug up so I have that vertigo feeling. I feel like I'm going through WD's and suffering as I would if I drank to much booze and got the spins.......
Bummer. I really don't like feeling this way.

So-I'm still on the bathroom floor-staring at my roll of toilet paper.
I'm an under the roll kind of person...................I can't stand it coming over the top when it unrolls.....

anybody else a bottom here or is everyone but me wierd and prefers the ove- the-top way of putting the TP on the roller.....

I gotta get out of this bathroom. I'm spending way to much time analysing my TP....

Weather is overcast and windy here...feel like just crawling in between the percales and reading BUT I have to go out...doing a play with some kids this w/e and next. Why did I say yes to this ???   I'm the Drama Mama who can never say "NO"!!

I'm sitting on the bathroom floor, propped up against the tub feeling sorry for myself. I hate yaking with a passion-you feel good for about 20 seconds after throwing up and then the yucky feeling comes back with a verngence. Thank goodness for wireless-without it I would be stuck in here all alone!!
Being this close to the floor makes me realize I need to mop the bathroom...and scrub around the base of the toilet.
It seems to be a slow day on the forum. What's everyone else doing today? Watching the Olympics? Shoveling snow? Grocery shopping? Cleaning the bathroom? Throwing up?

It's sunny and beautiful here. I'd love to go outside-maybe later. Obviously I'm bored out of my skull.
