Hi All!  Just a quick "hello" and hope all are doing well. Although I have not checked in in awhile, I am doing well.   I have a "new addiction" to working out!  I hope all can find things to be Thankful for this holiday season. I know it is difficult in dark times, I still get there at times ...... use your support systems - use this board! A huge thank you to all who helped me through when I needed it and felt so desperate!!  Have a safe and hopeful Thanksgiving!
