Lol Im listening to Toby keith and this song came on. I was all this is fitting for a title..... anyway day 8... kind crazy dont remember how long its been since ive gone this long I wouldve wigged out before. But feels good to clean this long with much more to come. also had my emotions coming out yesterday. That was interesting.. oh well thats what journals are for. Another funny thing was my wife was at her moms but she watched the VMA and of course she was a big fan of the band NSync..... You can imagine with last night she said she was jumping around and squealing lol ahhh fun times .. Hope everyones monday kicks some butt and takes names Love you all!

You should check out this young new singer song writer from the UK, just love him. Jake Bugg, Broken. The video is the best version, vevo! His tracks lightening bolt and taste it are real good too, ;) I could just imagine Jonny cash singing lightening bolt!

I love me some country music! Although during my detox for the past month (on day 26 today) I've been listening to Pandora, Kid Rock Radio and Sheryl Crow Radio. You're title is very fitting though! Congrats on day 8!!! That is awesome and now the time will start flying by! You're going to feel so much better very soon. For me day 14 was a big turning point and day 20 was even bigger. Life gets better and your energy and happiness will return. We're so glad you've joined the forum and you're already doing great at inspiring and supporting others!
