How to handle withdrawls?!!!!

I am bi-polar on various meds and have become heavily addicted to alcohol and rec drug Cat! I have had enough and want to stop but i know the withdrawls are hard and can be dangerouse. What can I do and take to get through the withdrawls?????? Please help cause I know I am killing myself slowly!!!!

Are we talking about ketamine? It seems there was another that had the slang name cat also - but it wasnt the ketamine - - A totally generic and limp response wont get you very far - - but more information is needed to give you any sane advice .....meds, frequencies of use, and any observations that you might have yourself.......of course a good diet and the commonsense health tips are always a good place to start and a good place to be. I'm curious...What is Cat? I don't have alot to add as far as recovery tools, but the fact that you are looking into a soultion speaks volumes. It sounds like you are very logical and can see what your doing will have to end if you want to have a full life. I too am fighting to stop pain pills and drink too much wine. My entire family is either dead from addiction, in jail or in recovery. I guess I'm going to do door number 3 ha! Saying a prayer for you now.
