JUST AN UPDATE ON ME

as most of you know yesterday was a rough day for me.  on top of all the drama, my daughter came home after being gone for 2 weeks.  at home the drama unfolded again.  wound up with a migraine.  BUT...i did not have one single craving to use narcotics.  for me that is huge..stress has always equalled using or craving for me.  so with 4 months clean i didnot crave.  THERE IS HOPE!!!!  keep on keeping on.

It's great that you didn't have a craving! Usually days like that will give everyone some sort of a craving. It just goes to show how strong you are! Hopefully a day like that only comes once every ten years or so! Just hang in there and keep going strong!

you know you are such an inspiration to me on a daily basis, and after reading this, and having such a rough day myself, you give me hope that i CAN continue to fight.
