yeah, i've got some cream made of capsacina ( chile ) it brings hot, and hot relieves endorphins ( that's why we, humans, always put our hands wherever we feel pain, it's a sort of atavic and old gesture made of experience, ha) . But in my case, what i wanted for the RLS was col- ice cold, so i have a cream for the opposite, to make my legs freeze ( and i can sleep fairly well, apart from eating bananas and hot milk before going to sleep, also with valerian root ) . good luck .
what about capcacin or hot red cayenne pepper, I heard it was good for pain relief and endorphins
