Is it just me, or have you guys noticed that when you give someone just a little authority, it totally goes to their head and they get on a major power trip?  I encounter people all the time who are given just a little bit of control over something and they feel like God.  This is something that really bothers me.  I try to treat people with the respect they deserve, but sometimes they make it really difficult.

Yeah, I hate when people get a little power and then rally up troops to take you out.  i totally understand what you are saying.  I've met those like that all my life.  They are usually the kinds of people that don't deserve it, and usually get it only by default....cause they dont' earn the right to have it.

Oh ya i know what you mean.  I also like when they try to make you believe they care.  The thing is their power is only important to them, if only they knew the rest of the people really dont care!!!!  I always enjoyed the ones trying to suck up!!!!
