Puter Dummy Question

Can someone tell me if I can some way get this forum to update as messages & replies come in without having to refresh the screen constantly?

I've been doing this for six months.  Can someone tell me if it's possible, and how?  Also, I hear clicks all the time and thought that it might be an indication of something coming in, but not.

It seems like MedHelp is really up to date on things. It may just be a setting in your browser. If you can find it, see how you have it set to check for updates. Mine does it constantly so I don't have to use the refresh button. What system are you using? I have Windows Vista I don't know if that  makes a difference or not but I know there is a setting someplace you can adjust I'm just not sure where it is but I'll see if I can find it.

I use Mozzilla Firefox. It is a free browser. Then I get an addon called Tab-Mix Plus. There is a setting when you right click to Reload pages with many time options.
