Someone's going to Pay.

So I just found out that the person who picked up one of my phones that was lost ran up a few hundred dollars in long distance calls.

And I'm mad and feeling particularly vengeful.

So once I'm done filling out the probably useless police report, I'm going to reverse locate the name and address and let "the old, evil Baron" resurface just for this speical occassion and spend some time over the next few years complicating the life of the person who was recieiving the hundreds of dollars of phone calls that were made.

If all works out, it will make for a nice hobby.

Who are physically and emotionally incapable of NOT screwing up on a regular basis.

I requested they block the phone usage the day after I discovered it stolen... and they didn't put through the request.

This sort of thing happens all the time with them. i spend about gour hours a month on the phone dealing with their mess ups.

This also means I'll be stuck with the charges, likely.

Then there is always blackmail by letting them KNOW you will haunt them until their dying day if they don't give up the person who used your phone to call them.

My cell phone co. lets me go online and report the phone lost or stolen and it is disables the SIM card on the spot. Works GREAT too.

My question is......Can't you dispute this with your phone carrier? or why didn't you report your phone missing, or have is "shut-off" ?????

I understand your frustration, but to harass the "call-e" isn't really fair...I don't think, because it's not their fault, but I do understand you being pizzed !......Man-boy Love is a pretty rough attack.....I mean if someone called me from a stolen phone and I got Man-boy love fed-ex expressed, yeah...I would cr@p my pants....lol.  but, I don't know.......be careful, and don't let cost you more.  Chit happens......

LOL LOL  "Man-Boy Love"  .  I love it !    Twice I've left my purse in the grocery cart (in the parking lot) at WalMart and both times I got it back , nothing missing.  I was amazed.  So stay honest ........maybe we can get these jerks to come to our side. lol

If they're smart, they called a pay phone there. If not, they're gonig to have a lot of explaining to do when they start getting their first issues of "Man-Boy Love" magazine.

I do not have any illusions of justice, this is revenge, pure and simple.

What i don't understand is I find a wallet or a cell phone, I return it, intact. Is that so unusual?

I should work on not being honest. It's a serious determent to getting ahead. :-/

Sorry to hear that! Someone hacked into our  phone at my office and racked up an International phone bill of over $3300. We called tw telecom over and over again, filed disputes and the only thing they said was "You should have had an international call block on your phone". We thought we did, but they said otherwise. Plus tw telecom charged us late fees while the bill was in dispute for well over 6 months! What a jip!!!

Sorry to hear this happened.. my daughter was working at McDonald's and her and others s.s # was stolen out of the file drawer by a employee.. she tried to buy a car and was turned down. this is how we found out.. she had set up living in her apartment with daughters info !! the cops did nothing.. but called pg&e they gave us the name number and address of the person.. we then handed that over to the cops and they checked into it.. I wish you well with this and yes it does give us something new to think on for a few years !! lesa
