Biden was in Florida earlier in the week and said if/when they are elected they are going to look into legal charges against Bush and Chaney.
I hope so.

I know what you guys are saying ...they don't keep their promises.  Like Hillary's health insurance that never made it. She tried, really tried but big business won out in the end.
I just want someone in there to at least try to do some good things to help us.

Our business has dropped about 60%.  For the first time in my life I have no health insurance. The equity in my house is gone, along with my savings. I have tons of friends and family out of work and losing their houses (not because they have risky or bad mortgages). It's sad and so depressing. It's like everything is collapsing.
So why in the world would anyone vote for someone that votes along with Bush. I just don't get it.
If your not personally hurting right now, be patriotic and vote against McBush for your fellow man.

since when did a politician actually "do" what they say they're going to do?  if you are voting for someone because of promises...then you'd better not hold your breath!

Yes, it has changed. Bush has screwed this country up big time. And things will continue to get even worse with McCain.
At least with Obama, theres a chance things will start to improve. We know he won't follow Bushs policies, so theres a plus. But McCain WILL follow Bush policy, which means everything will get progressively worse.
If you like Bush and what he has done to this country, then vote McCain.
If you don't like what Bush has done and you hope for things to get better, Don't vote for McCain....anyone but McCain.

I just cannot for the life of me, understand why anyone can vote for McCain. I actually know the answer to that, but even I won't say it here.

I have to agree with it's not about personality, it's about the issues. We're getting side-tracked by this Sarah Palin and her saga.
Issues people, issues. Pay attention to what each party is saying they will do for US, the americans here. Forget all the catchie slogans and listen carefully to what they say they will do for the people of this country. Forget about them yelling "yeah America, and country first", and "yeah soccer moms and wo whoo proud military" etc etc. We know all that, we agree..... BUT,  What exactly are they saying they will do to fix the PROBLEMS? No generalizing. The facts, just the facts.
I'm tired of them trying to baffle people with BS, its time to dazzle us with brillance!
GO OBAMA!!!!!!

He hasn't been a senator long enough to have voted 72 times for tax increases. lol  He wants to increase taxes for people that make over 150, 000 and to lower taxes for those that make under that.

Palin is very likeable and gave a great speach.  Still don't trust her to be president or vice president.

Bottom line is things aren't going well in this country. McCain has voted with Bush the majority of the time.  We need something different and fast !

It's a saying we use here for addiction. If you don't change anything, nothing will change.  So why would we think McCain would change the country when he thinks it's already on the right track, and agree's with Bush.
I'm not sure Obama is the answer, but I know McCain is not.

Ahhhh I fell a sleep !   Then they showed it again and I fell a sleep again.  Why do they have them speak so late ?   I guess I'll just catch clips today.

It's still about the issues people ! Do you want health care ?  Do you want to lose social security ? Do you want more wars ?  Do you want alternative fuel ?  Do you want jobs brought back to this country ?  And how about the polar bears ?

I agree, I didn't think I was going to like her either, but she is a very intelligent and personable person.  I guess my only concern is if Mcain doesn't win, are they going to blame it on her and her family's background.  I would hate for a 17 year old to feel like the fate of the national government rested in the hand of her and what happened to her.  Her mother seems like a very strong person and I hope she passed that onto her daughter because for the 2 1/2 months Bristol is going to be on every tabloid and every "gossip" show.

Either way I am still voting for Mcain.  Did anyone else catch CNN where P.Diddy was "dissing" her?  I don't think I would ever vote for Obama, but that kinda sealed the deal for me.
