The true nature of craving for pleasure

I believe that cravings are thought forms which will keep popping up
until you finally let them go completely.

Thought forms live like parasites inside us, some of them can be really like demons.
If craving comes up be happy it's because the stuff from the subconscious has come to the conscious.
This means that it is the right time and place to end that craving once and for all!!

So when feeling a craving,
REALLY feel the craving, look it in the eye...
pay attention to it... see the emotions & thoughts swirling around it...

it's a like a ball of energy... an entity of energy.
look it in the eye and do nothing but looking at it.
this is the way to let it go.

when you let go of the craving successfully,
the energy of that entity will flow back into you.
you will feel more energetic and happy.

does this sound crazy to you? it's not.
the mind is not present just inside the head it is present all over the body.

most peoples energy is being totally sucked by energetic parasites called thought forms.
the craving for pleasure and fear of pain is a major theme of these parasites.

the more of these parasites you let go, the more freely your energy will be able to flow...
and you will feel alive... happy... blissfull!

i have shared some more information about releasing these mental energy blockades in the post below:

This is a fundamental Buddhist teaching....as well as most eastern religions and philosophies. Fearing your cravings and addiction is going to intensify them. You have to learn to sit with these feelings and get comfortable with them. They're not going away that's for sure. The more comfortable you become with your thoughts....which lead to feelings and possible actions the sooner you see that a thought cannot hurt you. I see addiction as a disease of the spirit that can be healed by meditation and looking within with a positive attitude:o)) Great post.
