absolutely, do it right away, even if you feel like you can only walk up the street and back....my good friend (and doctor) told me there's no  better way to turnaround cells....out with the old ones and in with the new....no better way than exercise....doesnt' matter how many vitamins you take or aminos or supplements or whatever....exercise is BETTER....even minimal exercise....so as soon as you're up to it (and even if you feel you aren't), just do it, as nike says :-)

it WILL get you feeling better, too....promise....

blessings to you...

Hey, exercise can become an addiction. 10 years ago I stopped smoking and started exercising and lost 40 lbs. I went from a size 12 to 6 in about 6 months. My neighbors would comment to me that maybe I was over doing it. Even if it was raining I would wear one of those lite-weight yellow rain coats. I traded a bad habit and replaced it with a good one.

I tapered my doc and I continued to work out 3x week. If I had gone ct I dont' know if I would have been able to do it. I had to push myself because I had no energy or motivation...but it helped so much....with mood, motivation and energy.

So get started....go easy..make it you new addiction...LOL

Start slow, and don't expect miracles or for you to do what you once did right now..
