I just watched Iyanla, Fix my life with DMX and his family. with his son asking DMX to quit weed or they coudlnt have a relationship...which DMX got pissed and couldnt do..Which has brough out alot of feeling with my family . Never even really knew I had these feeling guess I supresed em so much I jus forgot... I've got a lot of journal entries to come one already posted for the start of them...

yes it's a very freeing experience....hard but it helps in the long run.  You are doing great!  :))
