Well, that can only be used if you think/can show she's a danger to herself and others. Technically, you can Marshman/baker act anyone. It only means they'll do a 72 hour hold with a hospital evaluation on a psych. ward. And even then, it would take an evaluation in the E.R. most likely to get them to do that.
I don't know if it applies here unless she's suicidal and is refusing help. Is she resistant to getting help?
