The day is here .... 2 years.... That just for today I am not gonna use! I miss my best friend!!!!!!!!!!!!! And he would tell me I can do this! Can't believe that its been two years without him!!! Ahhhhhh today is gonna be rough but I am gonna celebrate his life .... I CAN DO THIS! One day at a time.... Argh!

I am doing good !!! It was a rough day but I am doing ok! I keep telling myself that I can and will do this! Its almost 30 days!!!! I can't believe I have gone that long without using!!! Thank you for asking !! Somedays are harder than others so those days I take maybe hour by hour but its getting so much easier!!!
