:]
I'm PROUD of you for having your husband be in charge of administering your "med"
That shows that you are truly working on your recovery process...
Be PROUD of yourself and I sure hope you are FE-LINE better .. (I have a cat)
Bronchitis is NOT FUN... plus the GOOD OLE Flu season is UPON US.. yuck!

I have the same fears of really needing pain meds one day and really NOT ever wanting to put one in my mouth. I was using mine as directed by my dr but for too many years and couldn't go without them even if I had no pain. I know dependence and addiction is not the same thing but regardless, wd are the same. HARD but doable! day 5 now and thinking clearer.
Ifs it is ordered under a physcian and you did not abuse it.......then all is well.
you and I were about the same time on our clean dates
That's amazing. I just don't know if my mind would let me even take the cough syrup without going through some sort of totally mixed feelings(guilt, shame, wanting more...) but I'm only just past 2 weeks, so I still have a lot of growing to do emotionally. Awesome for the 121! Good to hear from you.
Glad to see you back and congrats on 121 days!!! Hope you are feeling better. You didnt cheat at all. You had your husband hold your cough syrup and used it for what it was intended for and then you flushed it. That is great and i am so glad your husband is there and supportive of you. Keep it going!!! sara
