How can I ease the horror of withdrawal symptoms?
I learnt the hard way and did it slowwwwly thats the only way however a mere withdrawal from Lexapro has left me with permanent Tinnitus.
Lots of anit anxiety medication & sleeping pills! But be careful if you have all of these. I alternated w/several such as xanix, valium, klonopin, ambien,Tylenol PM, temazapam, etc.
During the day I'd take tiny bite size pieces for relief, and at night.......well, sleep is so hard no matter what you take, but you eventually collapse.
I personally would not detox again without the aid of these other meds. I've done it many times before and relapsed.
