Life After Percocet and Emotions

OK...Ive been reading for days and Now I decided to Post my own Question. I stopped taking Percocet 9 days Ago after 1-1/2 yrs of Usage. I took 10/325 like 8 times a day to keep up with Nursing School (what a SHAME). I decided that I want to be a good Nurse and Not use this Stuff anymore. I feel My heart rate up when ever Im doing anything around the House or any extertion. Also, Anxiety Got a tiny bit better, but is still there. I miss My husband more than ever....even if he goes to work, I feel this sick feeling that he is gone. I do feel Depress and Im crying like 2x/day. I feel bad because I have no Motivation and I want to be Normal Again. I need a Friend that can Understand Me......I feel Horrible; especially in the Mornings when I wake up with a horrible Heart Rate of like 120 Or so. Im not taking this Pills anymore. I should learned from the 1st time I went tru this Back a few Yrs ago...It was Vicodin, But I find Percocet Withdrawal Worst! The Physical Part was not as bad, but My emotions are out of wack! Im so such a happy person.....Dont feel LIke my self....

I find for me that 10 to 15 days is the timetable for me to start to feel better. Everyone is different. Never made it past 30 but I hear 30 is great. Hoping to make it to 30 soon. But you sound JUST like me. Emotional as hell. Depressed to the max. Lonely. Despair. Paranoid when I am alone. I hate detoxing and after. You would THINK that would be enough to make me stop but Noooooo.

Thanks alot....
Dont Like the way My heart Feels....I guess is Anxiety Related. I have read so many post here of people saying that at 7-days they felt better. Well....I am Slightlyyyy Better...But anxiety is the worst and Depression is Horrible. My Sister came over right in the middle of my breakdown and I feel much better....isnt that weird? I cant imagine living depress like this all my life. I dont want to take the Xanax ( I have it) because of my addicting Personality. I will try that Amino Acid--It helps with re-building Neurotransmitters in the Brain and Serotonin Levels--Yes, Believe me...all I do is read on my condition. Im going on Vacation in Aug and I hope to feel Better--

Don't try to do it alone. What you are feeling is completely normal in withdrawal, and you need real people around you to help you through this. Talk to your dr first. It will really help! Hang in there!
