so i see that you an get this at CVS...is the dosage on the bottle? It looks like its sold in all different strengths (50mg, 100mg and 200mg) thanks!!

HI Snow, I went and got it at the pharmacy, but they only had 100mg. having trouble sleeping (like everyone else) and hoping it'll help. few questions: shouldi take it at dinner maybe? also how long have you taken it and can you stop at any time without w/d? thanks!

start with the smallest dose as it tends to cause nausea,take it for a few days and if you don't notice improvement up the dose by 50mg. I take 100 mg's a day 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening and I swear by it

You can also ask the pharmacist.  I havent taken it but i know alot have and seem to like it.  Glad your not sweating it today!!!         sara
