That's a hard one. With drawl is awful and you are right about medication, it can be worse than drinking. But there are over the counter sleeping pills such as Melatonin which is naturally already in our bodies. Another thing I would try is to either add another nightly exercise to your routine or spilt the long one you already do so you can exercise before bed. And tell me the secret to exercising that long everyday, lol.

You are in the clear. I too am revovering person from that. You did it without a detox wow. I had a seizure when i tried. Exercise is the best for you at day 10. Try to do some closer to bed time, very light cardio, not even 5 minutes, you can relax to your breathing as your heart rate settles,,,,its very soothing. the other thing i did was change my whole bed around rotated the mattress so i didnt feel like i was in the same old insomnia rut, they make natural sleep aids as well, Bless you you made it through the hard part.
