128 days
I just now been able to log back in, been sometime now.
I've made it to 128 days quitting cold turkey from tramadol.
It's been a blessing to say the least, I still have my struggles but nothing compared to the first 3 weeks. To those that are at the start of this journey, just know to keep it one minute, one day at a time. I know it's a struggle but keep at it, it has its rewards
