2 weeks off methadone

Hi i can't believe i've gotten this far, this time last year i was in the gutter big time lost my kids and everything but here i am feeling better than ever. I went from 95ml to nearly zero in that year aswell as quitting herion and vailum so to get were iam now is kind of unreal to me, i even moved away from my old area. I only got mild w/d and can still sleep about 7 hours. I believe taking supplements have helped alot with no energy but still dont feel very motivated sometimes

hey congrats on getting free from the liquid handcuffs...
t sounds like your detox has went really well a lot has to do with your age how long you are on it and at what dose  I was on like 150 for 7yrs and was 47 when I said enough was enough...the cards where stacked agenst me and my detox lasted 90 days b/4 I started to feel better  so cudos to you your off to a great start    now for the next step....aftercare......you will find getting clean is the ez part it is staying clean that takes work  I highly recamend the N/A progam   it is free the meeting are only a hour long and it is the only progam that I know of that with time and working the 12 steps you will loose the desire to use....something I always thought was impossible...
