21 days, still tired ,but hanging in there

I cannot express how much I appreciate all your positive feedback...I just got back from doing service and tomorrow I am going to be with my younger grand kids for the day and I have fun stuff planned to do with them..Can you believe no pills and when I am tired I will take a break...It is so amazing how the fog is lifting and my spirituality is coming back big time...I missed that the most..I will just keep trying to do better and really try not to be so hard on myself...By the way I have not had a soda in 21 days either...I have no desire for them..I will post tomorrow , but probably not be able to until Monday, know I will be having a blast with the cutest grand kids in the world...I love them so much and I want to be around for much longer to enjoy their lives, if not for me for them...But to be hones I am doing this for myself this time...Sorry for babbling...I am just so very grateful for all I have...Big Hugs to everyone and we can do this...We really can...Denise

There is no better therapy than spending time with our grandbabies.  We all need to see the world thru a childs eyes as it is so alive and fresh smelling.  They are a gift to us and we are a gift to them~

Hi Denise..You are the one that is about 9 years older then me. I think that YOU are really doing a Awesome Job! WOW I am so Happy for You..Keep it up, what a inspiration for me as well. Even if I have almost 11m behind me you are doing so much better..Ya!!!!
