21 days off opiates
Been getting 4-7 hours of sleep each night, been staying around friends to keep me in good spirits. I do have my toke of weed though it's been 2 days since i smoked. How many days are you clean?
Welcome to the forums, Congrats on the 21 days thats huge. You can always come here if you need to talk or lift your spirits , lots of helpful and friendly people around. Take it day by day , its best to look into some kind of aftercare at this point , be it AA/NA , groups , or therapist. Im around 334 days clean, i havent checked the tracker in a bit, but i know my year is coming soon.
