Sleep whenever you can right now. Even if you just take a 10 min. nap

Thanks everyone it keeps me going I have hope but most of all I have determination I didn't get an ounce of sleep ugggg feel like a zombie on to another day moment at a time for me
Your on your way girl. Remember to stay distracted with music,organizing stuff, movies etc. Exercise as much as you don't feel like it will reduce the anxiety a whole bunch. Hang in there!
