30 day... relief!
Well, i couldn't wait to wake up today because it has now been 30 days. Thank you all for sharing your stories! Through these stories I was able to come up with a plan, modify it, and most importantly stick to it. No cravings at all. Have been getting headaches and sleep has not normalized, i can deal with those things now on my own. Looking forward to the next 30 days. Again, all my thanks!
