well I did do one massage this morning this girl I massagad was a recoverer 11 mo. she said out of all the hard core drugs shes done all her life that was the most phsycially difficult one she ever detoxed from  was vicodin  have no doubt I can do this an I hope the pain is almost over I have done everything possible naturally except I started out with valium ,does nothing for me ,nuyquill works the best for the body pain I wish it made me sleep I am smoking alittle pot it helps to and I dont usually smoke pot really need to sleep tonigt I have some xanax it has alwas worked for that,I have no issues with any drugs or alcohol besides vicodin someone tell me to take some xanax and sleep.

i have always said anyone who can go to work during this is one tough cookie...THERE was no way i could, all i could do was get my kids to school..
So good job, u can do this..

As far as sleep, man that is a tough one, i think time helps, not what everyone wants to hear, but dang that is tough
the only thing that helped me was a benzp, jumped in very hot tub, and hurry up and get in bed while your body is warm, but heating pads around calves, that is a life savior..
Don't take the benzos more then the first few days that are really bad..

Yes you are doing great. I can't imagine working on day two. But I'm not a brave sufferer.
I agree that if taking valium the first few days helps and even nyquil , it's ok. You are passing the worst part with flying colors.  Don't be too hard on yourself. Try to take breaks and get yourself a massage they sure helped me in withdrawal and anytime I have pain aleve doesn't help.

I am soo proud of u that u could make it 2 work!! WOW! I,too,am on my day 4 from Lortabs, Vicodin, Norco, etc..& I couldn't get out of bed until 2day!! I thought I was doing good, but you are only on day 2!! WAY TO GO!! I have 2 tell u that the only way I made it through was with Xanax!! TAKE THEM!! THEY HELP-TRUST ME!! Plz keep me posted!!

Man, are you brave to go to work and do that healing kind of work on day 2!  Your determination is amazing too.  You can do this.  Stay connected here.  
Try to be careful of using other things that can be habbit forming. But, it Sounds like you know what you can handle.

I used Xanax for those first few bad days. It helped me. Good job on day 2. Usually by day 5 things start looking up. I quit using Vicodin c/t from a 8-10/day habit. You can do this.
