Congrats to you on one week, great job. Your energy will come back I promise. For me I started taking a daily vit and I drank a TON of gatorade, it seemed to work wonders. Keep exercising even if it is a small walk. Stay positive and stay focused, life clean is beautiful

At the very bottom right of this page are 2 links called "Thomas recipe" and "Amino acid protocol"  both have lots of info and dosages and such.  Check them out and compare them to what you take now.

There are also lots of sites that have good diet information on foods to eat that help to repair.  Do a quick search on "diet for opiate withdrawal" and you should find lots.

Goodluck and Godspeed,

Congrats on the 7 days.  It is quite normal to have zero energy after only 7 days so I think you are doing amazing that you are aready walking a lot.

Don't force the issue.  Your strength will return.  Keep moving and stay busy.  Check out the vitamins in the health pages if you haven't already.

Hang in there and congrats again,

bob
