CONGRATS!! It takes a lot of courage to want to quit. It shows your integrity means A TON!

If you get discouraged and feel a relapse, wich you won't because you rock! but if you do feel it coming, I would close my eyes and say five times "Eye on the Prize Caroline, Eye on the prize." and breathe in and out real slow. Violets mom from "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" (johnny depp version) says that in there! LOL! Makes sense though, for any situation to get help you get focused on the expected outcome.

Hey sk, SOOO proud of you!  75Hours!  Awesome!  One of the things that helped me were experiencing the w/d's and telling myself, that I never wanted to experience them again.  They were so bad, why would I put myself through that **** again?  I told myself if I could just hang on a little while, and it helped to tell myself that I had a week or two max of this.  One more day, one more day, one more day!

hmmmm...i watched movies all day long one day when I was bored. Just got done watching original sin with my bf (hed never seen it) i love that movie.

the only thing I can complain about is...no enengy...the body zaps...and my legs going crazy at night...other than that Im doing ok...I think I can start 2 c the light at the end of the tunnel soon

Are you in withdrawal??  Its 2:15A and I can't sleep \ 3rd night of withdrawal.  The tingling and electrical impulses are there even though I have a clonidine patch on.  Mostly at night though.
