wondering if part of comeing of hydro.in early stage beside the detox turmoil,is utter exhaustion from the dirty fake energy we got from them, you know the can do nose to the grindstone get er done anytime anywhere nonsense.maybe part of the process is the body comeing back from exhaustion...any thoughts?  oh yeah...has anyone made any regretful drug fueled purchases? (besides the drugs)

I remember those days where I could hardly find the energy to walk. Make sure you are taking a vit, and gatorade seemed to work wonders for me. Make yourself get some kind of exercise even if it is going for a short walk, it will get your blood fowing. Your doing great. Stay positive and stay focused

hey dts how are you! yes im past all that thank god ,im feelin great!!.i was just wondering if exhaustion played a roll in EARLY stages of detox because of the nonstop fake energy from long term hyro abuse anyway.... just ramblin and feeling anylitical today i guess......cheers to you!

Indeed it did! There were days I had to force myself to do anything!! But it gets better I promise, stock up on those vitamins and I believe you will be feeling much more energy very soon

Check out the amino acid protocol or the thomas recipe in the health pages, it might help you to find some natural supplements... Otherwise, patience... it'll all come back to normal but you have to give the time to your body and brain to adjust. Hit the gym, that will help you to pump up the natural endorphins.
