Morning to you!! It's 4:30 am here.....The middle of the night seems to be the only time the home phone lines work well enough to get online-so I get up early (butt crack of dawn early) to send out work emails etc and then crawl back into bed to catch a couple of hours sleep before starting the grind for the day.
How be you sister?  Feeling strong?
I'm feeling great myself. No cravings, at all (thank goodness), sleeping like a baby (sans late night work sessions), appetite has been good. In fact, to good. I'm putting on weight (yikes).
I gotta say, I'm so happy to be able to fall asleep at night and stay that way. I'm not doing any 8-10 hour sleep marathons, but I'm getting a good 6 hours in. I've always been an insomniac. My mood has been pretty good lately. I actually feel normal-It's now Day 52.
I've noticed my motivation coming back. Not the false motivation that comes with being high on pills-but the real thing. I'm actually accomplishing things and starting to feel good about myself again. That horrible overwhelmed feeling is finally gone!!!
So-what's the diet breakfast of the day??
How's the weather there?

hi. I have been told by a few peers on this website to contact you regarding tapering off trams. I dont have a doc and no one seems to know how to do it and they say you know best. Im at three halves a day. How do I go less, and when? I have never been addicted to drugd b4 and know nothing about them other than I feel like poo. I have a psyical job so its really hard. pls lemme know if you have any advice, many thanks

Avis, congrats on the new puppy! What fun! Every kid should have a dog. Hops you need to talk your wife into getting one. I think dogs are better than people. lol I'd have all the strays if I could afford them.

aaawwwww  What's the puppies name?  Your kids must be thrilled.  You need to post a pic of the new puppy.  I am such a huge dog lover.  I can't even imagine life without a dog.  
I could be at my lowest low and my dogs can make me smile..   One of my dogs knows how to play Peek-a Boo.  She takes her paws and covers her eyes.  You just have to smile when she does it.  Have a great day.   Mary

AWW!!  I also LOVE labs and goldens, always had one growing up and still do...When i would have to put one to sleep, or they would pass, i would swear i would never get another, but always did...They are great , lovable family pets

we got them a lab puppie it is so cute . it is very good to ,i was shocked ,the cats are not thrilled but they will adjust :)

Well greebs I could use the extra cash. I thought i might do what coolio did and hand them a drug addiction brochure or something like that. I told them I dont do it anymore and don't have the contacts anymore so they do really bug me much. I just did'nt realize how many there were. lol and how fast the word got around...John's back Johns back lets go see if he can get any. I had people coming up to me for 3 days when I first got back. Only one or two have asked me more than once

It's going ok,i'm a service writer at a Ford dealer here in houston. I write your car up when you bring it in for service. It's a pretty busy fast paced store so it keeps me busy. Other than the old druggy friends who still ask me if I have anything , It keeps my mind off of the pills. I have alot of friends here so it kinda like coming home. I have worked at this store for about 14 years altogether.

I wanna get my kids a puppy but momma says no. I always had dogs growing up and my wife never did. She said she might be willing to in a year or two. I bet your kiddos are loving it. I see you changed your picture along with everyone else. Guess it's time for me to get a facelift too.
