Adderol and Vicodin Withdrawl

I recently found myself in a position where I have no Vs and am unable to obtain any.  My doc had given my Adderol for depression and for focusing so I can work.  I find that when I'm going through the w/d, the adderol helps with the cravings and other w/d effects, except the sleepless nights, crazy legs and no appetite.

I was doing up to 20 Vs a day for chronic back and neck pain from ruptured discs.  So many of us have this problem.  When I don't have my Vs, I buy hydromorphone, Oxys, Tramadol or T4s from friends who get prescriptions.

I was wondering if anyone else found using Adderol helpful with getting off the narcotic.

I would like to get clean, but realistically, I'm just out of meds.

I wouldn't think that adderal would help with w.d symptoms. I would think it would intensify it. Are you trying to get clean or are you just out of your meds?
