Addicted to syndol

I have been taking syndol for nearly 6 years and since 1st of August they are no longer available over the counter. Havent had any in 4 days and I fell so sick. Not sleeping well, nausea, and constant headache. Taking paracetemol and lots of water but today had been the worst, can any one give advice?? Please

I am so sorry no one answered your post. My guess is you are maybe in the UK? I say that because we do not have that available here in the states. Most of the members here are from the US so will not be familiar with it.

Four days is good and I suspect you are almost done with the physical withdrawal. I am thinking to take aspirin for the headaches if you can tolerate it and hot baths may relax you so you can sleep. Light exercise may also tire you. It is good you are drinking a lot of water. It will keep you hydrated and help to cleanse the toxins in your body.
