how long does withdrawal from Xanax??? I am going to go cold turkey.... i have been on them for over a year 2mg, 4 times a day..... its time for me to quit, how long will the withdrawal symptoms . Thanks
Yes do not quit cold turky...You can and Will have Seizures,My friend has them all the time just cause he dosnt have the at times.
Hi naynay I have never taken Xanax, but from everything I have read, Blackwolfsgirl is correct! You should not quit Xanax cold turkey! Please talk to your Doctor for a taper plan! serious bad things could happen if you go cold turkey! Hopefully others with more experience will be along with more help! Best wishes!
DO NOT GO.COLD TURKEY FRPN XANAX! Benzos are very dnangerous. You need to talk to a dr for a taper plan. Good luck!1
