The only thing that worked for me was alternating Tylenol and Advil (same as Motrin) every 2 - 3 hours per my gynecologist. Try to stay away from the Vicodin... It causes muscle spasms which will make your cramping worse when it wears off. Heating pad and relaxing helps a lot too.
Try some Motrin..I used to get natural teas too for my Pain before I got the pills..Uggg. Black Cohosh Tea..
