Go get some Hylands Restful Legs... It's Amazing!!!! And..... All natural! Have no idea what I would have done without it when I was going through detox.. But don't get the generic, I am not sure what it is about it but the Hylands is great.
My Mom has actually suffered w cramps for several weeks now and I recommend it to her a few days back. She called me the next day an couldn't believe how well it worked.
Give it a try!
Thanks guys, yea the cramps in my knees are the worst thing for me. I don't let the anxiety bother me much, deep breath tend to clear that
Hi honey: Are you having leg cramps, or just weakness? Potassium and Magnesium might make you feel better...Potassium for the legs, Mag for your anxiety.
Keep going my friend...and any time you want to drop into an N/A meeting, just do so, no reservations required (wink.)
Hugs,
-Robin
The anxiety will be here for a while your brain gets cleaned out so give it time minimum 30 days but at about two weeks the physical part is peaking so between now and the end of the month you will feel 100% better but the sleep thing will be hit a miss but as you can see at day 12 life looks different HUH?? you can feel life I used to just be driving down the road hear a old song that reminded me of someone a just cry out of nowhere seemed weird at the time but you will be a different person once your clean its a great thing best wishes..
Great to hear!!!
I am going to be doing a whole bunch of nothing today:-)
I'm doing great today so far, my knees feel a bit like rubber and I need to get off my lazy tail and shower.
Kids are at school so I lay around a little longer lol
Hope you are feeling better, weather changes make me feel down sometimes :-(
Hello friend,
Just wanted to drop by and see how your doing today??
I am officially beat after yesterday, so I will likely try to sleep for as long as possible. My back is hurting quite a bit today from the choppy waters yesterday and this morning started with some nasty sinus stuff going on.. Ahh, good old Indiana weather for you! Sun yesterday, rain last night with a decrease in temps... :/...
Anyways, just wanted to check on you before I laid back down.
Xoxo

You don't have to call anyone.. If you put your zip in, it will give you a list of meetings close to you. All you have to do is show up..
Had a great day. My girls were tubing and it was a Gorgeous Day here. Always great seeing my girls smile and laugh.
First day we have been out for awhile since my oldest plays travel softball and out weekends usually consist our tournaments..
Glad your wore out.. Time to prop your feet up, watch some T.V and chill:-)
I've stored the site but haven't reached out to the N/A, I don't think I'm scarred but can't quite put myself into calling numbers.
I know I will one day, it's definitely something that I see I need to do.
We did go to the park (Y was closed) and just made it back and wow am I tired lol.
How was your day on the lake?
Hi!
I am so sorry I am just now checking in.. We have been on the lake all day and my phone died.. Funny I was thinking about my " peeps " today :-)
As Stated above, long slow deep breaths!
It just takes time... The more you get out and do things the better. I promise it helps! Do whatever you must to stay busy and soon it will fade.
This is where aftercare comes in to play. It teaches you the skills to cope w every day life. Soak up some sun, that's been one that has always helped me.
-- patience grasshopper, your doing great.. Do whatever you must to stay busy. An idle mind is a dangerous place!

Congrats on 12 days! Anxiety is probably the longest to last! I am working on day 27 and still fighting it some what. Not as bad as before and I have learned to take 10 deep breaths it really does help. Rubber muscles are another thing I still deal with at times, just push myself to get moving.
You are doing awesome and the best is yet to come!
