Anyone know of any good suboxone doctors in northeastern Indiana?

I want to try to find a doctor to help me get off fentanyl patches, muscle relaxers and percocets. I want to go the suboxone route but I don't want a doctor that will leave me on it to long or to high of a dose so I have terrible withdrawals from that. Can anyone help?

Yes I want the subs for the withdrawals. My plan is to use them to get me through the worst days. then start tapering the sub dose down the second day of use. I want to use the bare minimum needed and I don't want to be on them for very long. I have tried tapering down the fentanyl and I just can't I start having withdrawals and they are horrid. I'm not sure if this is a good plan because I have never dealt with this before. I just feel like if I stay on this stuff any longer my depression and energy problem are going to get worse by the day. If you could private message me and I can tell you more on my situation. Thanks

Sorry I wrote the 2 questions at the same time since I forgot to ask about the doctor thing. So I wanted to make sure I had all my information in both in case someone just read one. Sorry about that I'm just so desperate for help. I feel so horrible Im so depressed I don't even know what to do. Even just to walk across the room can be a struggle I can feel my heart racing and I feel so weird. When I stand up I feel like passing out. My symptoms, energy and depression keep getting worse by the day. I'm not sure why that is but I'm at rock bottom that's for sure. I never use to be this person

IF you decide to use sub, remember it's only ONE tool in recovery..it's not a way around w/d's.  You will eventually have to come off the sub too...and no doubt that can be rough.

A GOOD Sub doc will incorporate therapy and plans for aftercare into the program..therapy should be required.  Also, tox screens at every visit indicates a doctor/clinic who cares about people who are relapsing.  Frequent drug screens add accountability.  It is important that you find a GOOD clinic that offers a holisitic program, not just a doc who hands out scripts.  Sadly, there are too many of those out there.

Sub can be a good tool, especially for people addicted to the heavier hitting opiates (which seems to be you..fentanyl is a toughie).  Please be sure you read the replies you got on your other threads as well.

There is a lot of great info here about subs...just educate yourself and make the decision based on wanting to get and stay clean...not to get around w/d's.  If that's the only reason you are seeking subs, then it's not for you.

Very best to you.
