Can W/D come back

Hello everyone! Just a quick question. Can withdraws come back? I quit about 350mg of oxy a day and lots of booz cold turkey 26 days ago. The first 5 days were the worst but slowly the pain wemt away. I havent thought about the pills or the drinking much lately but today i feel like day 2 or 3 all over again. Pain in my legs back and arms and the crawling out of my skin! Is this normal or could it just be my head? Any help would be great! Thanks

Hey there - yeah I think its normal, about 72 days in (earlier last week) I got cravings and the creepy crawlies out of the blue.  Don't know if there is a physiological reason for it or if it is just my brain trying to get me - either way this can pop up at any time, especially in the early days.  It has let up quite a bit but I struggled for several days.  Just stay strong and hopefully it will pass.

Thanks so much! Ive found when i know what's going on and I can put my mind at ease it changes everything. I just can't get discouraged and need to stop believing that today is the rest of my life cause it isn't! Some days I'll feel great and others will suck!  Thanks again for the support! Stay strong!

Hey good job on 26 days, I'm at 39, and I defiantly have bad days as well, had a bad week last week, sneezing, runny nose, tired, never know what the the next day will bring, google post acute withdrawal symptoms and read, says it could take up to 2 years before your brain is normal again. Good luck and stay strong.
