Can u take valium to withdrawl

I have been taking loratabs for years, i am up to 15 a day. My son is sick with cancer so i cant be sick, but no one knows of my struggle. I just found out that my older boy is doing oxycotin,and both my boys need my help. I am so ready to give this up, and get my life back. i was told u can take up to 3 valium a day for 3 days, then stop is this true

You sound like ya got all the motivating factors you need. Make them your ally! Its not impossible! Life is so much sweeter on the other side.

I am sorry to hear of your situation.  I hope and pray your son will beat the cancer.

Please talk with your doctor and tell him what is going on.  You dont have to be a prisoner to these pills anymore~~~sara

Some folks do use Valium for withdrawl.

I would urge you to contact your doctor and get his input.
