Okay today is a HARD day esp for me, but I am thankful that even though my family is gone they are together...I am also thankful for my first sober Thanksgiving since I was 14....
SOOO In HONOR of being THANKFUL...Lets do a roll call!!
Today i am 155 DAYS (5months 5days).

664 days and it probably would not have happened without MH and goggle (LOL)!   I was given support, hope and honest help which enabled me to get to this point.

124 days (I think I counted right!) off of Suboxone

6 years, 1 month and 1 days clean of Vic's and Hydros.

I love not depending on a pill or 20 to make my day. I decide how my day is now. And it's always better clean and sober than it ever was using anything.
I love reading Roll Call! It's so uplifting. Cheers everyone!

This site saved my life but after a while I needed more so I tried NA
and I dont use NO MATTER WHAT
and I have been in pretty bad places
I call people text people stay at people's houses
I try EVERY OPTION b4 I use and so far thats enough...
Have you thought about aftercare?
