Coke /Septum

In general, (please only docs or people with personal experience), how long in terms of months or years or days or whatever and the avg grams of coke does it take to create a deviated septum?  Will 5 months of 35 grams do it?  That seems like a short period but I guess alot fo coke.  Will it heal if stopped completely.  Does the saline spray really help it to heal and is there really a sreay Neosporin in the US?  Only heard of oinment?  Will these and/or anything correct that issue.  Right now, i am not sure if I have a hole, but lots, lots, lots of mucuous and mucuousy bloody as well as occasionaly nose bleeds not caused by anything - not drug; not nothing just spotenous.  Now my gilffriend has suffered from sponteneous nose bleeds her whole like without any drugs or acohol with the exceptional glass of wine with dinner - no more.  Sorry for misspellings.  Trying to trype of lap/chest and net working well.

your septum is made of cartlidge and cartlidge does not grow back on its own

hi, sorry it took me a minute. yes it can cause a hole at that rate, specially if you are using "high quality, low cut" cocaine.   it could be a hole in septum , or irritated sinus cavity. i would bet at that amount it is the sinus cavity. it will probably heal if you stop using now, but it wouldnt hurt to see your doctor. i had a busted blood vessel in my sinus, and i suffered from spontaneous nose bleeds , till the burnt both ends shut. snorting cocaine will slowly "peel" the skin away in the nose and sinus a layer at a time. not sure about the saline spray, i would say let it heal on its own. it will take time, but it also took time to mess it up. are you still using, and are you wanting to quit. of course if ya dont quit, it will only get worse. best of luck, keep postin, and feel free to message me if ya need too....
