Please I need HELP!!!

I HAD 18 months clean off of oxycontin until I moved back to seattle and lost my methadone program, I started using again and I am miserable I want my sobriety back so badly it hurts but there are no methadone clinics close to my house and the nearest one is 475$ a month. I need help finding a dr who will prescribe methadone, I've searched online and nothing comes up I am at a loss this is my last resort. Please any suggestions would help. I don't want to use anymore I don't want to let it ruin my life again, I can feel it happening, screwing up my job, my realationship with my family (which i just got back) and I am terrified

I think the medicine is called:  Suboxone/Subtex
At the bottom of this page their seems to be a Health Page on this med.

I live in WI, I know that I have located in the yellow pages several Doctors who will give you medicine in their office call I believe it is called "Surfaxin".  I know I have misspelled the medicine name.  You take your first pill in the Dr's office.  They have to watch so you do not have any reaction to the pill.  From what I have read and heard from other friends and neighbors this medicine really takes the horror of going CT away and you can get throgh WD a lot easier than without.  Have you contacted a mental health hosp in your area?  They can be very good resource.

How would i find a dr to prescribe it for pain?  The urge to use to get high isn't there anymore, I want to quit but the physical withdraws are so bad I cannot function I can't go to work i can't do anything, I just want to be sober again so badly i don't know what to do. I don't have alot of money and I feel like I'm running out of options, it's so frustrating bc I want it so bad and i know what i need to do but I can't get there. I'm starting to feel so depressed I can't sleep at night I wake up every half hour covered in sweat shaking I just want to be normal, Im so depressed i hate opiates.

feel for u////methadone can not be prescribed except at a clinic unlike sub..except for pain..opposites in a way as sub can not be prescribed for pain....methadone/if addicted related/in the USA is federally regulated and u have to go to a clinic...if it is prescribed for pain/then any doctor can prescribe it////a bit complicated but true.......if u find a doctor who will script it for pain then it is cheap...otherwise sub is an option/////maybe it is time to quit?      but if u can not..u may need to find a meeting near u and find out what is available in ur area
