after 9 yrs at 150mgs down to 10mgs having a hard time TRYING to get totally off im trying to split dose 3am 3pm i want to be done but the restless legs, no sleep and no energy HELP appreciate any advice THANX
HI get up to walmart and pick up some vitamins calcium/magnesium/zinc and start taking 4 in the morning and 4 with dinner this will cut down on the withdrawals your feeling in a few days
as for the low doses its tuff you just got to make it down to 5mg then jump tapering any lower is miserable do just get it over with as for the withdrawal it can keep you down a wile for some its mild but ost it is 60 to 90 days of feeling like you do now it was 90 days for me and I came off 150 also the stuff slaks into your fatty tishuse so it takes a wile to ride yourself of all the side effects hang in there post often you will find much support here good luck and God bless.......Gnarly
