HI ALL  I READ THE AMINO ACID PROTOCAL AND LOOKED UP THE BOOK-- I FOUND IT ON AMAZON-- USED FOR $5.23-- NEW ONES FOR $$ 193.00-- DON.T KNOW WHAT IS WITH THAT-- THE BOOK I GOT IS A LARGE PAPERBACK  AND IT HAS ABOUT 300 PAGES-- ( END YOUR ADDITCTION NOW) BY CHARLES GRAND MD,PHD AND GREG LEWIS PHD------   I SCANNED A PAGE TITLED    DETOXIFACTION  NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT CHECK LIST     I WILL TRY TO PUT ON A POST SO ALL CAN PRINT IT OUT   ANY IDEA HOW TO GET IT ON A POST

I didnt say that it made any sense!  You wont find much on Smart Recovery or several other modalities on this board either - -  Addiction has lost the stigma that it had only several years ago - - I used web md to find a clinical trial for chemo that saved my life - that was back in 1996 when there werent many recovery based forums on the net - - - there are many now.......

MedHelp has a very distinct policy regarding amateurs posting detox plans - - some friends have been banned for doing just that - - better be careful...........unless you are a registered MD................

I would put it in the health pages not the forum that way it can be seen by members long term .I think it was suppoesd to be 93 not 193 but ya never know these days ....good luck .

I don't think the $193 was a typo because I saw others for about $83-- any way I would like to post a picture of the detox chart  here-- it has alll the nutritional supplements listed with amounts-- it is a 7 day am pm chart-- very helpfull-- so anyone know how to get it on here please let me know

You should be able to have it delivered where are you ? I would think maybe the 193 .00 was a typo I used to sell on Amazon its very easy to do .
