I AM GOING TO TAKE A DRUG TEST MONDAY TO START SUBOXONE ... I CAN;T HAVE ANY VALIUM IN MY URINE . THE LAST TIME I HAD A VALIUM WAS SUNDAY NOV 4 . ANY IEDEA HOW TO GET IT OUT . I HEARD 4-6 WEEKS .. ANY ADVICE

i don't know what it is with me .. i don't sleep and it seems like i wake up around 2 am GEEKING SO bad , and it takes me so much to get myself back to normal .. i'm going to see if my doc will increase my klonopin , maybe if i could sleep threw the night . it would be easier . i'm only taking 0.1 mg what do you think .. i need to sleep . as soon as i wake i'm in full withdraw , up and to the bathroom my legs kicking completely FREAKING . any advive for bedtime ???????

bless your heart , i will continue you to pray for you , and everyone else . yesterday was ok , but last night i woke up feeling very bad . i broke down and took 6 500 vics wich is double what i'm suppose to take all day. i took a total of 15 yesterday , that's including the 6 this morn . so today i'm going for 10 hopefully i will drop everyday .. have a good day

You're not rude at all.  Thank you for the concern, but for now lets focus on you.  I'm feeling good and am receiving treatments on my back everyday, so I'm just waiting until the last one to see if it's done any good.  It's only pain and lets me know I'm still alive, so I'll hold on to it a while longer.

I'm not experienced with how the taper withdrawals would be.  The Immodium is a good idea, but also remember to keep your fluid intake normal.  If you feel too sick to drink water, try Pedialyte.  I froze mine and nibbled a little at a time.  You're on the right track, just stick with it and keep us updated.

hi micheal , i today went to my family physican . she is going to try to help me . she is going to try to taper me off .. she gave me 3 vicodin 500 mg a day . clonazepam 0.5 mg and clonidine 0.1 mg. and reading fron other peoples post . i have read these meds work . i do need sone imoduin because i still have the runs . she's going to taper and see me every week , so am am taking this as a blessing . i have also decided not to do the suboxone . the side effects are bad and i think it's a cover up. i did it for 3 months and the withdrawls were worse. is there anything else i can do to help myself??? only 3 vic's a day will be hard , but i want my life back sooooooooo bad.. i would appreciate your addvice , opinion and everyone else .. please remember me and pray for me as i do all of you .. ONE DAY AT A TIME

That's a relief about the test, but do you still have enough meds to make it the week?

guess what , i stressed all week and yesterday afternoon the lady called fron the suboxone clinic and cancelled my appt. til dec 3. now i don't have to worry bout the valium . i have to make it through another week . help

don't drink the water all at once.  The best way to cleanse is to drink enough water, so that you are comfortably full.  Let it pass and do it again.  It's a different amount for everyone and your body knows how much it can hold

I had urine test which was positive for benzo's 3wks after taking them, but tested negative for them the week before and was told my urine was probably more dilutedprevious week??? I think it was a mistake but what do i know i'm only an addict (or that was there opinion anyway). It can depend how frequently you take them and how many with amount of time it takes to come out system. i've heard that urine tests take longest with valium to show clean. i've had saliva swab tests and although they are more accurate than urine tests drugs do no not show up for as long eg from my experiencei have tested negative for heroin after only 36hrs-3days with saliva tests but urine tests can take up to a week. Drinking water will help. I would expect that as it was 3wks you should be ok.Apart from the mistake with my test most people i know who have been tested for benzos take up to 2wks to have negative test. I've never tried any of the remediesto helpclear urine but as suggested by others this may help. Good luck. Let us know what happens.

Listen to Fladdict. If you clean out the Valium, your gonna clean out the Percs too. Not having taken the Valium in 3 weeks should sit ok with them. Tell them the truth.
And don't over water yourself! That can be very dangerous.

You shouldn't tell someone to drink over 3 gallons of water, ever hear of water intoxication?

If you use some kind of cleanser you will take out the opiates as well.   percs have a really short half life and come out quickly. valium has a really really long half life. and sticks for quite some time, I think you should just explain you have had a valium in 3 weeks. instead of trying to hide it.

you should be able to cleanse it.  There are 24 hour cleansers at the head shop and they will give you instructions on how to use them effectively.
