Day *

Good afternoon everyone, I hope you all are having a decent day. I still have to force myself to get out of bed and still wake up covered in sweat, how long will this last? Going to drag myself in the shower and get out of the house today, have a good one!

Hello girly - I hope you have fun out of the house. For me, motivation usually starts coming back around day 5-7.

I am on day 8, feeling good, just cannot stop shaking and sweating!

Oh yea - I kind of forgot about the sweat - I seem to recall it lasting about as long as the sleep disturbance. As for the shakiness - dunno what to say, but maybe it is stress? I some times feel shakey, but I have avoided being shakey through WDs so far. Then again, I don't get RLS either - so I should count myself lucky.
