Day 10 today !

Just wanted to say Hi and let you know that I'm still hanging in there. I'm feeling better slowly, still having withdrawl symptoms.   I put on my exercise clothes yesterday with the intentions on going for a walk with my husband..........but really ? Ha Ha that's as far as I got. I can barley make it up the stairs. I have no strength !  Perhaps ill try again today. I work the graveyard shift  and feel exhausted most of the time. However I'm looking forward to this getting better and gaining some strength. I'm too young to feel this darn old. Lol

I'm on Day 11 and completely understand what you're going through! For me it was REALLY important for me to initially keep track of every hour and every day but I'm starting to change my mentality to a monthly thing and hope by one months time I'll be almost if not 100% back to normal. All of this crap we've put our bodies through takes time to heal and that's how I'm trying to think about it. A broken arm doesn't mend in a week or two...Congrats on Day 10!!!!

Great job !!   it will get better soon. I also felt like I weighed 500 pounds and was 100 years old !  Keep up the great work !!  ;)
